‘Ikkis’ box office day 4: Agastya Nanda–Dharmendra film earns Rs 20 crore, trails ‘Dhurandhar’
Agastya Nanda marked his theatrical debut with Ikkis, which hit cinemas on January 1, 2026. Originally slated for a December 25, 2025 release, the makers postponed the film, opting for a solo New Year launch to give the war drama a clear run at the box office. Despite the strategic move, Ikkis has struggled to gain momentum in theaters. After a modest opening, the film’s box office numbers have steadily dipped over the following days. Here’s a detailed look at how the film performed on day four.
‘Ikkis’ box office report: Day 4
As per Sacnilk’s latest estimates, Agastya Nanda’s war drama registered an opening-day collection of around Rs 7 crore. However, the film witnessed a drop in momentum over the next few days, earning approximately Rs 5 crore on its fourth day, which marked the first Sunday after release. With this addition, Ikkis’ total domestic box office collection has reached about Rs 20.15 crore.
Occupancy
As per the report, Ikkis, directed by Sriram Raghavan, recorded an overall Hindi occupancy of 23.93 percent on Sunday, January 4, 2026, reflecting moderate footfall across cinema halls.
‘Ikkis’ vs ‘Dhurandhar’
Despite Sriram Raghavan once stating that he would never attempt a film like Dhurandhar, the espionage thriller continues its impressive box office run. Headlined by Ranveer Singh, the film remains a strong performer even in its fifth weekend, collecting Rs 12.75 crore on day 31, which fell on the fifth Sunday since its December 5, 2025 release. With this, Dhurandhar’s total India net collection has surged to Rs 772.25 crore.
‘Ikkis’ vs ‘Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri’
While the overall box office figures remain modest, Ikkis has still managed to outperform Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday’s romantic comedy Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. The rom-com earned just Rs 0.75 crore on its 11th day in theatres, which marked its second Sunday. With this, the film’s total domestic collection has reached Rs 32.05 crore.
