Dhurandhar box office update day 25: Ranveer Singh film closer to Rs 1,100 crore unstoppable at the ticket windows

Ranveer Singh–led Dhurandhar wrapped up 2025 on an impressive high, continuing its extraordinary dominance at the Indian box office. The Aditya Dhar directorial, a Hindi spy thriller, has been scripting history ever since its December release. The film showed no signs of fatigue even in its fourth week, adding more than Rs 10 crore to its tally on Wednesday and further strengthening its record-breaking theatrical run.

Dhurandhar box office report

According to preliminary figures from Sacnilk, Dhurandhar recorded an India net collection of around Rs 10.5 crore on its 27th day across all versions.

The Ranveer Singh starrer opened with a massive Rs 207.25 crore in its first week, followed by an even stronger Rs 253.25 crore haul in Week 2. While collections eased in the third week to about Rs 172 crore, the film has regained stability in Week 4, adding nearly Rs 90.25 crore so far, including Wednesday’s numbers.

Total box office collections

Following its performance on Day 27, Dhurandhar has pushed its India net total to roughly Rs 722.75 crore, continuing its remarkable box office streak. Trade reports indicate that the film’s India gross earnings have now climbed to about Rs 867.3 crore, reinforcing its status as one of the biggest theatrical successes in Hindi cinema.

Overseas performance

On the international front, Dhurandhar has maintained a strong run, with overseas collections estimated at around Rs 246 crore. With this added to its domestic performance, the film’s worldwide box office earnings have now surged to approximately Rs 1,113.3 crore, firmly placing it at the top as the highest-grossing Hindi film ever.

Record fourth-week run

Should Dhurandhar register yet another double-digit figure on Thursday, the film will be on track to deliver an unprecedented Rs 100 crore-plus collection in its fourth week — a milestone no Hindi film has achieved so far. Until now, the benchmark for the biggest fourth-week haul was held by Pushpa: The Rule – Part 2, which had amassed Rs 53.75 crore during the same period.

Occupancy report

On Wednesday, Dhurandhar posted an overall Hindi occupancy of 22.72%, with morning shows starting at 14.42% and footfalls peaking during the evening slots at 25.48%. Remarkably, the film has continued to deliver double-digit daily collections for a record-breaking duration, outpacing all previous Hindi releases. Until now, Pushpa 2 had held the benchmark, sustaining double-digit earnings for 21 consecutive days in the Hindi belt.

‘Dhurandhar’ Part 2 gears up for 2026 release

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has further fuelled anticipation around the sequel to Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar, hinting that the second instalment will be even more intense and unsettling for audiences. After earlier lauding the film in a detailed social media post, Varma returned to X with another message, suggesting that if the first part managed to scare viewers, the upcoming chapter is set to take things a step further and leave them thoroughly shaken.
