Police intervened after a video surfaced showing dangerous car stunts being performed in Delhi.

Widely shared footage on social media captured several men engaging in reckless stunts and high-speed racing on the streets of Delhi.

Footage reportedly shot on the night of December 26 showed groups of men in four cars engaging in dangerous stunts, including leaning out of sunroofs and yelling as the vehicles raced past.

Video Shows Reckless Car Stunts In Delhi, Cops Respond

The cars were observed swerving and zigzagging through traffic as they reportedly drove from ITO to Noida.

The video, widely circulated on X, caught the attention of the Delhi Police.

Replying to a complaint from a user seeking action against the occupants, authorities stated that the Area Traffic Inspector was notified

Police are currently verifying the footage to identify the individuals involved.

Several users criticized the occupants and questioned their sense of judgment.

“Lives shouldn’t be risked like this,” said a user.

Earlier this month, a viral video showed five boys performing risky stunts on a single motorcycle along National Highway 9 in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. One was seen dangling from the bike while another filmed the ride. The Pilkhuwa Kotwali police registered a traffic violation case and levied a fine of ₹31,000

A viral Instagram video from June showed a biker on a Royal Enfield Bullet engaging in dangerous stunts in Yamuna Vihar, East Delhi. The rider blocked a Delhi Transport bus, zig-zagged across the road without wearing a helmet, and attempted to hold onto the bus’s side-view mirror while riding next to it.

Delhi Police identified the biker through the video and other details. The motorcycle, more than 15 years old and still registered under its original owner, failed to meet anti-pollution standards and was subsequently scrapped. Authorities urged riders to follow traffic safety rules and avoid life-threatening stunts
